Timezone is definitely a factor. But really, battle ain't the only thing happening now, so you all can still RP freely. It's better than me cuz I am needed to just stay in the room.

Yeah, I'm (Kenshi too) also going into battle mode now! Time to get some experience with the battle system!

Speaking of which, are we allowed to talk other stuff than the main event in this thread? Not that I'm planning on it, but we all seem very active in this one.

Nah, it's fine. I just have a week off from work with not much to do. This weekend I'll be unable to post though. xD

The Sarutobi girl went on to Italy and will only be able to post tomorrow when she's back home.
It seems we have a case of an un-briefed NPC entering an event and even going for combat as well...ohw boy -___-;;
Why me?
I was sadly unable to really be active last couple of days, was very busy. And then I get called up around midnight and hear this. Like damn guys. I'm glad of your activity really, but yeah.
Stepping into an event without sufficient briefing, especially as an NPC is not really appreciated.

Now a bit frustrated at the go of events at the moment sadly.
Thinking of how to fix this correctly. I really really REALLY wanted to AVOID high level combat this event until the Jounin test. Like REALLY....and especially wanted to avoid NPC vs NPC combat, ESPECIALY of high level NPC's....there is no fun and no benefit in it for the players.
Because this is not going to lead to PVE....trust me there.

Baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaakaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa! -deep sigh-

Now let's see what we can do.

There is a rather simple way to fix this. Sora placed Nomaru under a Genjutsu and made her see all that I did.

My problem is the fact that you are nearly forcing me to introduce Sora before his time, and probably by doing so also forcing Sendo into screen-time.
Worst part is you aren't briefed yet as an NPC....you are playing a Jounin but you don't know what's going on. You are missing large chuncks of info and other stuff.
And would you get briefed you'd have known to at least avoid high-end combat for now.
Yorukasa vs Nomaru, no problem....any Genin vs any Genin no problem.
Faolan vs Nomaru is overkill.
Also I had Blue Admin roll for me yesterday YOU are the one in Genjutsu.
-sigh- I am still pondering....

Sorry papa Admin, but I'm really enjoying this whole situation. Faolan is just toying with her and i'll just go with whatever happens. It doesn't have to be npc vs npc, Nomaru will fight whatever happens and as long as it is just a bit of toying and no serious injuries Nomaru'll be fine.

I am not worried about Nomaru, and I am no papa.
And you as a player have nothing to apologize for. Players do player stuff and as long as they aren't doing anything their characters are unable to do.
NPC's is a different case however.
I am just worried about Faolan, I am sadly a hardcore roleplayer, meaning I really really hate not to act out my characters.
And right now Faolan is targeted for going into the hospital for a little bit and might already be there be it not for Sendo.
Do you get what you have started Faolan-kun? -sigh- Anyway. I'm gonna go outside and relax. I am not feeling up for this at the moment. -___-

Had a few busy days (and to be honest I have few time today too), but I will make a contribution to the battle today, and tomorrow I'll make sure to be online to react quickly.

Me having pretty much 0 experience in the battle system is not going to make things much faster either, but luckily I've been offered help already, so that... helps!

Ironically, your opponent is the one not posting in your battle.

The opponent is giving his time to edit his post. He doesn't really know the combat system. Like he didn't know he had 4 actions. And not just 1 per post.
So once he editted it then I will post Smile

It's my fault, not his. My first post epically failed already so he allowed me to edit it. I'll be doing that shortly! So again, my excuses everyone. >_<

Edit: alright guys, guess it's not gonna work out today either. Thing is, I've got 2 birthdays to attend and I'm probably not gonna find the time anymore today.
Tomorrow however I WILL finish this battle, sorry for slowing everything down.

My suggestion is to start the battle straightaway now but timeline-wise, make it after Sumiyaka vs Hayate, so technically people in the thread has to RP watching Sumiyaka vs Hayate until the battle ends(Ryo and Torame can RP casually there too), then they can RP watching Ryo vs Torame...if they are staying cuz I assume they are probably going to leave the room and that means doing the battle early doesn't really impact too much on the flow.
