General Personality Outline:
Pacifistic ideals (and can't stand useless violence), smart but can become very emotional, likes to learn about things that interest him, generally optimistic, trustworthy, loves his dogs, tolerant and open-minded, friendly, capable of empathy, thinker (bit of a philosopher at times), pretty clumpsy, somewhat naively optimistic at times.

Character Background:
Hatake Houtarou was born in the Hatake clan. His parents always taught him he should be tolerant and contribute to creating a better world, which he wants ot achieve by becoming a shinobi. And although he really wants to be a shinobi, his pacifistic nature makes it hard for him to see useless violence, and seeing it unlocks a huge emotional response. As rational as he looks from the outside, he can become very very emotional. When he was a young child, he'd always try to stop any useless violence he saw, but often ended up getting a beating himself.
Houtarou has always been extremely afraid of spiders, and whenever he says one he can't help but to be paralyzed by fear.
Houtarou has actually lived a pretty happy life up until now, always wanting to change the world for the better. Now that he's a shinobi though, things might not turn out to be as easy as he thinks...

Well most of the things seem ok, however I notice that you have 11 CP left for stats probably because you you have forgot to fill in the Seal Knowledge stat.
Also I know it doesn't say anywhere but if you could place in what jutsu page I could find said jutsu, it would save me quite a time making your char page when all of this gets approved

From these 11 stat points I missed, 10 automatically go to training ninken dogs. I chose not too invest in seal knowledge because it doesn't fit my character too much. But we'll see.

Yes seal knowledge is kinda important if you don't want to spend your whole turn only casting 1 jutsu. The big honcho will be with you shortly

Figured so! Sealing away doesn't fit my character's personality, but seals themselves certainly are important.
