Clan Description: Members of the clan possess great physical strength and are able to quickly convert calories into chakra, which they then use in their various secret techniques. Most of these techniques rapidly consume the user's chakra during use, and maintaining them during a prolonged battle can be tiring. For this reason the Akimichi have high chakra levels and eat a lot in order to build up or replenish their chakra reserves. As a tribute, members of the clan wear the kanji for "food" (食, shoku) on the their clothing. If standard calories aren't enough for a battle, Akimichi can use the clan's Three Coloured Pills to convert excess fat into chakra, at the cost of one's health. The Akimichi clan has a special relationship with the Nara and Yamanaka clan. For generations, members of these three families have formed "Ino–Shika–Chō" trios, named after the first part of the names of the members with the Akimichi members being the "Chō" in the trio. To strengthen the unity between the three clans, a member of the Sarutobi clan will give them special earrings to present to each generation head when they are promoted to chūnin after which they will swear their oaths. Karorī Kontorōru - Calorie Control This ability grants members of the Akimichi clan free control of their body's calories — which they convert into chakra in order to perform their techniques. The Akimichi developed the Three Coloured Pills for easier use of this technique, however, the use of these pills carry great risks. On the contrary, these effects are not seen when the user performs the technique without the assistance of the pills. At the highest level of the technique, the user converts calories into chakra and releases the chakra in the shape of two large butterfly wings. In this form, the user can use some of their clan's high-level techniques, such as the Butterfly Bullet Bombing technique several times without experiencing fatigue or other adverse effects. The user still experiences weight loss but it isn't nearly as severe as when the pills are used. Upon attaining this technique the members of the Akimichi Clan will get an additional stat representing their excess body fat. This stat is twice the clan member's HP. This stat doesn't heal itself automatically and has to be replenished through food consumption, preferably a fat-filled diet. - Quote :

Description: The Three Coloured Pills are secret medicines used by the Akimichi clan. As the name suggests, there are three pills, each with a different colour. First is the green Hōrengan (Spinach Pill), next is the yellow Karēgan (Curry Pill), and last is the red Tongarashigan (Chili Pill).
Hōrengan
After ingesting the pill the user's fat reserves will be forcibly depleted by 2. The user's HP will decrease by 1 every second round this pill is in effect. If the user doesn't have sufficient amounts of body fat for the set depletion his HP will have to make up for it, this could cause death on the spot. But then again this is originally a poison. The effects of this pill remain active for 4 turns unless the user ingests another pill which would successfully stop the effects of this one completely.
While in effect the user has Karorī Kontorōru of B-Rank (Or higher if their own is up on that level.)
They also get the following bonuses;
STR + 2
SPD + 2
STA + 2
Chakra Control Skill gains one rank.

Chakra Control Skill gains two ranks
Tongarashigan
After ingesting the pill the user is forced into the Kochou Kata, but in such a way that they must at once fully deplete all their fat reserves for this technique. This poison works non-stop on the user until a skilled enough medic can heal the poison. (S-rank poison). The effects of this pill will resume itself every in game hour, meaning that by that time the user has to have at least 10 or more fat in their reserves or else they would have to make up for it with HP with potentially lethal consequences. To keep up with the calorie burning demands of this poison the user would have to eat at least 2500 Kcal worth of food. (Almost 2 KG of Pasta) , the food would have to be ingested within the first half an hour the poison has been activated due to it taking 30 in game minutes for the food consumed to be added to the fat reserves of the Clan member. Even for an Akimichi surviving this forcible activate more than 4 or 5 times is rather improbable as it would significantly damage their inner organs to even attempt this. For this reason the red pill is concidered as a last resort. However while under the effects of this pill the user will not have to pay the chakra cost for remaining in the Kochou Kata.
While in effect the user has Karorī Kontorōru of S-Rank (Or higher if their own is up on that level.)
They also get the following bonuses above those given by the transformation;
STR + 5
SPD + 5
STA + 5

Description: Nikudan Sensha is a Taijutsu technique used by the Akimichi clan. After using the Baika no Jutsu technique to modify their body into a large sphere shape, the clan member draws their limbs into the main spherical body. Next they launch their body into the air and begin to spin at a high rate of speed. Launching himself at the target, the fast spinning prevents most incoming projectile attacks from landing, instead they bounce off with little effect. Any direct attack the opponent uses with their body would result in the crushing of their attackers bones. This attack does C-rank damage to anyone touching it while it is on it's way to the set target as one would need significant power to be able to stop it's routine.

Description: Nikudan Hari Sensha is a Taijutsu technique used by the Akimichi clan. A modification of the normal Nikudan Sensha, the clan member will use sharp edges to deal greater damage to their target. This has been seen in two ways. One way is to surround their body with a loose chain of kunai or edged weapons. When their body is enlarged, the chain becomes taught which allows them to increasing the rotation speed and destruction when they roll. The other style takes advantage of clan member's long hair. By using their chakra to harden their hair, they become a rotating ball of spikes, which will slice into anyone or anything which gets close. Does + 4 HP damage.
Limit: Akimichi Clan, Karorī Kontorōru D, Baika no Jutsu must be active. Must learn Nikudan Sensha first, Ninja wire 2 units, 20 Kunai (Or a viable substitute for the required items.)

This technique performs up to a total of 5 consecutive attacks where they only pay the chakra cost if the attack hits. Each successful strike will add a +1 hit bonus to the next one if aiming for the same target. (this effect stacks even if this combination Taijutsu is used multiple times.)
The damage this move does is calculated as followed:
((users total chakra) X 1.5) : 2 = X,
X + 2 = Damage in HP
