Description: Suiton • Mizuame Nabara is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will expel a sticky liquid from his gullet. If the target runs on top of the liquid, their feet will become glued to its sticky surface, and it will become difficult to maneuver. If the ninja focuses chakra to their feet before touching the surface, they can hover above and move over it without hindrance. This allows the user or a comrade to charge and attack without fear of becoming bogged down as well. Dodging this technique is not easy and will require considerable supremacy in speed compared to that of the user.

Description: Suiben is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a whip. This whip can bind a target upon successful attack as if it were a grapple, likewise one can then use it to throw the target like one would with the basic action 'Basic Throw Grapple'. The whip itself deals E-rank Ninjutsu based damage. The user however cannot perform any water Jutsu while this whip is active, he can still maintain the water Jutsu he already had active. If the target is successfully struck and grabbed by this weapon the user can also use a jutsu like Jibashiri to send an electric current through the whip to stun their opponent.

Description: Mizukuri no Yaiba is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like a normal blade. The sword itself deals D-rank damage. The user however cannot perform any water Jutsu while this whip is active, he can still maintain the water Jutsu he already had active.

Description: Suiton • Mizu Kamikiri is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To utilize this technique, the user will after forming the needed hand seals slam his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet. The jet is powerful enough to block and strike back regular projectiles but seeing the angle of the attack it is best used to such a purpose when protecting an ally from the side. If the jet hits the target without it dying from impact the target will also become airborne due to the impact.

Description: Suirou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water to imprison an opponent. The ninja forms the necessary hand seals, which causes the water to form around the target into a spherical prison that only allows for limited movement. The ninja must keep their body touching the water prison to maintain its existence. If the contact is broken, the water falls away and their target is released. When combined with a Bunshin technique, the ninja can imprison their target with the use of the clone so long as it can use such jutsu. If the water prison is damaged from the outside it will be dispelled. If the user releases the water prison it will likewise be dispelled. This technique will gradually decrease the target's PE as they run out of air. (1 HP damage per round unless they target successfully holds their breath.)The Jutsu can be dispelled from within if the weak spot in the users chakra flow is found, however finding this weak spot is exceptionally difficult unless you have the appropriate jutsu or somehow make your opponent give it away. The jutsu's weak spot however may change location, advanced users of this skill who realize the weak spot has been found may pay 1 additional chakra that turn and 1 AP in order to relocate the spot. (Such a skill however requires Chakara Control Skill of B-rank.)

Description: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes water element to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Mizu Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited, however. It cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Mizu Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert back into its natural water state.
The clone cannot perform Jutsu above C-Rank but is able to use all other attacks and skills. The clone must remain within 20 meters of the user. All the techniques the Mizu Bunshin uses tap their chakra ME and PE from the user's pool.
The clones have 3/4 of the users original Main Stats (Rounded down to a minimum of 1) (All other stats remain the same. Aside for FCS which is likewise 3/4)
The maximum amount of Mizu Bunshin that can be created depends on the users Intelligence Stat : 2

Description: Suiton • Suihashu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Water Element. The user will raise his hand into the air and emit a continuous jet of water to disrupt his opponent's attacks. Due to the nature of water, this attack works especially well against smoke based jutsu. It is likewise an effective way to counter an opponents Taijutsu attempts as the continuous wave of water would push them back or force them to step aside. Using this as a counter tactic will lower the opponents hit rate by 3 for the technique one aims to counter. If successfully countered it does C-rank Water based damage to the target.

The ninja does a long string of hand seals, which then causes a column of water in the form of a dragon to rise from the water and then strike the target. The target can be any distance away and if the target is visible to the user at the moment of casting then the dragon will follow the target if it moves. Dealing B-rank or higher damage to the dragon will cause it to disrupt it's form. If the target is not directly visible to the user on the moment of casting the dragon will simply strike at the designated location. After being created the dragon functions as in independent body traveling at 3/4 the user's speed but considering that it is always in motion the dash/run rule applies here.

Description: Suiton • Baku Suishouha is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will expel water from their gullet. This will then expand into a large volume of water. They can control the water by riding on top of the waves. The water is created by the user sacrificing his own physical essence. As the pool of water is created it will act both as an attack in the form of a wave and to those capable of getting on top of it as a pool of water to use for water based techniques. This jutsu thus has 2 functions, acting as an attack doing C-rank damage and turning the battlefield into a water-filled place.

Description: Suiton • Goshokuzame is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Water Element. The user will form the needed hand seals and then place his hand to the surface of the water. A shark of condensed water will emerge from each of his fingers to attack his opponent who is in the water below. Each shark will perform a total of 1 attack at the target per round. (Different targets can be assigned but only one target per shark.) Every successful attack will push the target 2 meters deeper under water. These attacks deal only basic physical damage equal to half the strength of the user, but the idea is not to knock the target out but to drown them as each successful attack will also push air out of the target's lungs making it harder to hold their breath and not holding your breath under water does 1 HP of damage, 2 if forced to breathe out by such an attack, so do the math. The sharks can be stunned for one round by delivering a successful strike on them, however they will regenerate and attack again the turn after.
Limit: Suiton Jutsu Skill B (If no Affinity S required), Chakra Control Skill A. Target must be submerged.

After doing the needed hand seals, a column of water will circle the ninja and then a large force of water will erupt to hit the attacker. Due to the force of the water, the target will be fully enveloped by the water and at its mercy as it pulls them away. This Jutsu pushes away the target the full 35 meters from the user. (thus the amount of meters they are pushed depends on their initial distance from the user.) This Jutsu does B-rank damage + 1 HP damage for every 5 meters the target is pushed back.

Description: Suiton • Suiryuuben is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing the Water Element. To utilize this technique the user will form the needed hand seals and then proceed to generate a whirling sphere of water. This sphere can then emit whips of water, which can seek out and impale his targets.
In the turn that the technique is active the user cannot move from his/her spot or perform other Jutsu that require hand seals. In the turn that the technique is active the technique will perform strikes at the opponents equal in damage to Senbon (D-Rank). This technique will perform X strikes per target within range that the user desires to hit, the Jutsu remains active as long as the user doesn't cancel it after activation. (X = FCS : 2) The jutsu is also canceled if the user is damaged.

Description: Suiton • Daikoudan no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Water Element. After forming the needed hand seals, the user will generate a large shark which he will launch towards his opponent. The shark is no mere blast of water, as it also absorbs the chakra of his opponent, which causes it to increase in size. This means that the more powerful his opponent is, the larger and more powerful Daikoudan will be when it impacts. This technique will absorb half of the target's active chakra within their system when it gets within 15 meters of the target. Increasing it's hit bonus by the amount of chakra absorbed. Any Jutsu (aside from Doton) fired in it's direction will likewise be absorbed completely and added to the hit bonus. This technique can be used as a counter against a Jutsu fired at the user to make it instantly more effective.
