Description: After forming the needed hand-seals the user will send a current of lightning in the shape of small separate tendrils of lightning. These tendrils will function as target seekers as long as the target remains standing on the ground. Also if the user is wet or holding a metal object directly against their skin or in their hand they will be automatically hit without a chance of escape or a chance to block. This technique only does 2 HP damage, or 4 HP if the target is wet. But it stuns the target. The jutsu can be used multiple times but it won't increase the stunning effect.

Description: Raiton • Hiraishin is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. After coming into physical contact with the target, the user will raise their arm into the air. The user will then generate a bolt of electricity which will travel through their own body into the body of the target. If the technique manages to fufill all it's limits correctly it cannot be avoided. It doesn't do any damage beyond 1PE and 1ME but shocks the opponent stunning them.

Limit: Raiton Jutsu Skill D (If no Affinity B required), user must grab the target or be grabbed by the target or otherwise be certain of lasting contact with them.

Description: Raigeki no Yoroi is a Ninjutsu technique developed to shield oneself from close range attacks. Drawing his two palms together, the user spins his palms to generate a disk of lightning which will then pour down to cover his body. This electricity will envelope his body in a protective armor which will harm anyone who dares strike him directly. This technique will deal damage to anyone who touches the shield of lightning surrounding the user. However this technique doesn't block any incoming attacks it does deal a great deal of damage if the attack striking the user is of close range. The Jutsu becomes dispelled the moment the user is successfully attacked. Taijutsu attacks are fully blocked by this skill as the user of those skills won't be able to land a damaging strike due to being shocked.
While this Jutsu is active the user cannot perform any Non-Raiton Ninjutsu or Genjutsu as that would disrupt their chakra nature and dispel this technique. The user can still perform Taijutsu and the first successful strike they land on a target will also successfully deal the C-rank Raiton damage of this technique to that opponent.

Description: The user will form a ball of electricity, which they can hurl at their opponent. Since balls of lightning due to their nature have a magnetic effect towards movement the lightning ball will follow the target or targets if they attempt to dodge. This Jutsu however sees everyone as a target aside from the original user giving it both great advantages and drawbacks.
If the user wants to prevent the ball of lightning from striking at an ally they must pay 1 ME per AP used by that ally. The ball speeds up as it moves between targets however and still speeds up when an ally moves even if the user causes it to stop. The ball however will not strike anyone outside of it's range of movement but will instantly strike at anyone moving into it.
This effectively gives this move a hit bonus equal to the amount of meters traveled within it's range : 7 (rounded down), this effect stacks up as long as the technique is active.

Description: Raiton Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that utilizes Lightning element to create a Bunshin clone. Unlike a normal Bunshin, the Raiton Kage Bunshin has the ability to interact more with the environment due to it having physical substance. This allows the clone to carry out limited attacks on its target. The range of the clone is limited, however. It cannot travel very far from the original body. If the Raiton Kage Bunshin is injured, the clone will revert back into its natural Lightning state. If by doing so the clone's lightning comes in direct contact with the target it will stun the target temporarily.

The clone cannot perform Jutsu above C-Rank but is able to use all other attacks and skills. The clone must remain within 20 meters of the user. All the techniques the Raiton Kage Bunshin uses tap their chakra ME and PE from the user's pool.

The clones have 3/4 of the users original Main Stats (Rounded down to a minimum of 1) (All other stats remain the same. Aside for FCS which is likewise 3/4)

The maximum amount of Raiton Kage Bunshin that can be created depends on the users Intelligence Stat : 2

Description: Similair to Raigeki no Yoroi but used on an object or another Jutsu (A water Jutsu for example) or a pool of water within range. The user will then form the needed hand seal and emit a bolt of electricity into the the target which will increase its defensive effectiveness and stun any targets who attempt to touch it.

Description: Raiton no Yoroi in a Ninjutsu which utilizes the Lightning Element. After surrounding and infusing his body with the Lightning Element, the user will greatly increase his speed, power and reaction time. This Lightning chakra will also act as a defensive shield, being able to greatly decrease the strength of incoming attacks, especially Raiton-based attacks. There are 3 levels to this technique.

Level 1:
FCS + 3 (For purpouse of attacking and defending only)
STR + 6
SPD + 6
AC + 2 (+3 Against Lightning Jutsu)

Level 2:
FCS + 6 (For purpose of attacking and defending only)

Description: Sending his electrically charged chakra into the sky the user will then make lightning rain down upon his target. This technique can be applied in 2 ways;

Option A:
This technique does C-rank Damage and stuns anyone in the selected area aside from the user. The technique remains active for 2 rounds. All of these lightning strikes have a hit bonus of 4.

Option B:
This technique sends out one single bold of lightning at a specified target doing B-rank Damage stun and having a hit bonus of 5.

Limit: Raiton Jutsu Skill B (If no Affinity then S), sky must be visible.

Description: Raiton • Gian is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Lightning Element. the user will release a strong bolt of electricity from its mouth. This technique sets a target within range and will move towards the target at an extremely high speed while at the same time seemingly sporadically twisting and turning like true lightning to confuse the target as to how it will strike until it suddenly does in truth functioning like a guided missile avoiding all obstacles between itself and the target. Doing C-Rank damage.
This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element as the lightning of an attack similar or higher in strength and concentration would draw this attack towards itself otherwise dodging or blocking this technique is near impossible and quite deadly to try.

Description: utilizes the Lightning Element. After creating Raiton in his hand, the user will send out a wolf made of lightning to attack his target. Lightning will run from the user's hand to the wolf itself, limiting its range.
If the wolf manages to get to his target it will sink it's teeth into them doing C-rank damage but effectively stunning the target. This technique after hitting will have the wolf remain at the target for 3 consecutive rounds or until the user dispels the technique. While active the user cannot use one of their hands and has to remain within the Jutsu range for it to keep it's effect. But the user can still move around freely otherwise and may choose to dispel the technique at any second. While active this technique does C-rank damage for each active round.
